What do you think? Were the Iranian elections rigged? |
||
| Yep, there were shenanigans | Nope, the right guy was voted in | |
|
- 5 reasons to suspect Iran's Election results
- his challenger, Moussavi calls hijinks in this election process - the political trend in Iran in the past four years has been toward greater liberalism and moderation, particularly with the addition of millions of new younger voters who are overwhelmingly disenchanted with Ahmadinejad's ultra-conservative social policies and failed economic policies - the iranian govt jammed cell phones and text messages to many social networking sites such as facebook and twitter. - his challenger lost in his own home district |
- he had an overwhelming victory - won 63% of the vote.
- even with all the chatter, he was going to win this election - the Top 10 Ahmadinejad-isms - here's a good picture slide show from the NY Times - Iran's supreme leader, Ayatollah Khamenei, orders probe of Iran Election fraud - Ahmadinejad says the elections were legit yo, and says these protests aren't important - what does Ahmadinejad's win mean for Iran, Israel and the US? |
