Members of the Inner Circle are recognizable by their top hats and tuxedos - it's said that this Inner Circle of caretakers every summer feeds Phil a sip of the mysterious Groundhog Punch, which he must drink to maintain his immortality |

but chuck bit the mayor and then also said, spring is coming early. that's music to my ears. btw, i have seen punxsutwawney phil in person on groundhogs day, eaten pancakes and made out with hot girl from college. i'd like to have that day replay over and over like bill murray but i digress. Chuck G gave me the prediction i wanted to hear.
Groundhog Day is overrated. Talk Like a Pirate Day is a real holiday.
